Just a friendly heads up on dues payments:  1. If you send your check to - 1- Pcam Group- 13801 Walsingham Rd, 
Unit  a- 419Largo, FL 33774  - Perfect       If you decided you want to send it to the address on the coupon Book – Perfect -  but it takes longer to process than choice # 1 --
if you want to take your coupon book to the Truist Bank great,  your payment will be applied immediately.
 Additionally, you can pay with a credit card or have your bank send the check to choice # 1
Paul will be at SWV clubhouse on Mondays for 3 weeks to make sure you are not having any issues from 4 to 6 pm… come talk with him so you are comfortable with your payments….  thank you 
 
Springwood Villas 1   
is a diverse community of age 55 and over residents.  
We are a no pet community.  

We are located between 94th Ave and 102nd Ave off US 19 at 49th Street.  Construction of these units began in the late 1960’s.  We have 74 Buildings with three to seven units in the buildings.  These are all Villas, one story in a 20 acre (plus/minus) area.  Residents may only own one unit and must own for two years before renting.  Residents own the streets, plumbing, water lines and an outdoor/heated swimming pool, clubhouse/office, retention pond, five shuffleboard courts, and a workshop.
